hi Jim,

The customer is using SAVEE 9.0 so it is SymantecMailSecurity for Exchange.
Some spam is being blocked but a lot is getting through. As I wish to have
a lighter touch at the server, I don't want to block legit email getting
thru.
Have you any config suggestions that would be quite effective in blocking
much spam? It looks like the spam filter in SMS is still keyword based.

My plan is to use O2k3's junk mail filter to do the other filtering since
the
enduser can go in retrieve an email misidentified. Stuff like encoding
detection (other languages) is very useful.
