As Lanwench said, you may have posted to the wrong newsgroup.
Try pointing both domain controllers to only one domain controller for DNS.
Ensure that the forward lookup zone for your AD domain in DNS is configured
to allow dynamic updates. Perform an IPCONFIG /REGISTERDNS on both
machines. Restart the netlogon service on both machines.
Most replication issues are related to DNS.
