Hi Brandon, are you getting the IP from RRAS manager ?
Can the user confirm same settings their end (ipconfig /all)
Sorry for stating anything obvious just going thru the motions I check.
Never had issues this way so is confusing. All my clients have vnc installed
as another way to connect to them. Using this has helped getting to the
screen and seen something obvious that is not obvious to a user. Of course
this uses same connection as what you been doing albeit on a different port.
Remember to add winvnc.exe to exceptions in XP firewall...lol
