Have you (once again) run CEICW and used your ISP's DNS nameservers as the
forwarders?
What error do you get from the workstation when you try to access the
Internet?
Can you get to the Internet from your SBS server?

Have you configured the network acccording to the diagrams at: (forget
about the text that goes with the diagrams)
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=50

Have you blocked any ports in your router?
Can you access the server from your workstation?
