Michael,

If it makes you feel any better, I also received C/S/M by mistake (instead
of C/S/M for SMB). You wouldn't believe the trouble I had getting that
corrected, with finger pointing from my reseller (Dell) to Trend and back.
Finally, Dell sent me C/S/M for SMB free-of-charge and let me keep the C/S/M
which I don't need.

After all that was rectified, I can say that Trend has been an excellent
product. Even with all that difficulty, I still recommend them.
