Not really...Most of your slowness is sharing across the network...If SQL
is added to the new box then consider a second Proc.

Not Significant.

1GB minimum 2GB recommended. Heavy SQL and Exchange then consider 3GB

Convert is to SQL for a significant difference. You should see a difference
based on 2 things. First new hardware is just faster. Secondly SBS03 is much
better software than 4.5.
