Hi Zad,
Although your server's ipconfig looks good, I would suggest you buy yourself
a cheap router and put that between the 2nd (external) nic and your internet
device. That router will be able to dial the connection and you won't be
bothered by that anymore.
Your clients ipconfig does not look good. It has foreign dns numbers in the
dns suffix search list. Make sure that DHCP server, Scope options, 015 point
to your local Ad domain name only. Check the nic properties on the client,
and make sure that there are no foreign dns numbers.
