The Local User and the Domain User are completely different entities.
I'd suggest that you don't have local users, but force Domain User
Logon, and have the system use the Cached Credentials if the domain is
not available for any reason. - As Jim mentions, you should follow the
Sec best Practices as per the first item in the to-do list and cascade
the rename of the Administrator name and password throughout the nodes
via group policy and not have any "Local:" users at all.
