I'm not entirely sure speed is your problem. If it is, then get Verizon
involvde. DTMF dialing speed is standard everywhere. With that said, I would
try changing S11 to 100, that would give you 100ms on and 100ms off. You
should be able to hear that difference. If that doesn't resove the problem,
then I don't think it'a a speed issue.
Also try the dialing a 7 digit number with Hypercom suggestion. That will
issolate if it's a problem getting onto the long distance network or a
problem communicating with your local CO. Can you try a different telephone
line?
