All,

I installed the latest MS updates on our SBS2003 server the other day. Now,
our single remote client can no longer VPN to our server.
It had been running fine until the updates.
Now, when I try to run the Remote Access Wizard on the server, I get through
the configuration, then when I click the Finish button, the bar starts to
move then this error pops up.
"Remote Access Configuration Error: An error occured while configuring
remote access for the routing and remote access service. For details see
c:\xxxxx\rraslog.txt, then re-run the remote access wizard"
So, I checked that log...and here are the last few lines of the that log
with the only errors...
RRAS is not running
Installing RRAS returned OK
Dhcp server is installed and running on this box
Enabling DHCP client addressing returned OK
Configuring ports returned OK
Identifying the private NIC for RAS returned OK
Setting the default authentication methods returned OK
Disabling NETBIOS for RAS returned OK
Changing RRAS startup type to automatic returned OK
Configuring Remote Access Policy returned OK
*** Starting RRAS service returned ERROR 80070420
Specifying error location returned OK
*** CRRASCommit::CommitRRAS returned ERROR 80070420
*** CRRASCommit::CommitEx returned ERROR 80070420

I checked the Knowledge Base...can't find anything.

Like I said, before the updates, everything was fine. Now this.

Any ideas???
Thanks,
SteveM
