Hi John,

The internal servernic is missing the WINS. It should point to the server
IP. Make sure that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled.
External nic is fine.
Check if the DHCP service on the server is running. Check the DHCP scope and
Scope options. 003, 006 and 044 should point to your server IP, 015 to your
local AD domain name and 046 should have value 046.
