    No, even after disabling the antivirus software on the server and the
    clients, this persists. In the event logs i cannot find anything
    showing a particular thing when it happens each hour. Can anyone
    advise me a software that logs the starting of all programs and
    services, in order to track down what is actually starting this
    repeating problem?
