RDP over HTTP is just another way to use Outlook (just like you were
connected on the lan, but from the internet). What really baffles me about
your problem is that the admin account can login via pop3. I don't think
there is another way to block certain users, so my last suggestion is that
you double check those passwords and that the accounts are valid.

Sorry that I don't have a better response for you... lets hope the MS Dream
Team has another suggestions. :-)
