Thanks Wesley for writing back, unfortunately I havent seen any settings
which would disable Offline Files.

I have the following GPOs

Default Domain Controllers Policy
Default Domain Policy
MyDocsRedir
SBS Auditing Policy
SBS Client Computer
SBS Lockout Policy
SBS Folder Redirection
SBS Domain Password Policy
SBS Remote Assistance Policy

In the Default Domain Policy --> Computer Configuration --> Administrative
Templates --> Network --> Offline Files tree the value for Allow or Disallow
use of Offline Files feature is set to Enabled which I assume is correct.
Every other entries related to Offline Files are set to Not Defined for all
other GPOs (Thats the only entry with a defined value). I don't see a value
that would give me a hint as to why I couldn't make changes.

Thanks,

Anthony
