500 Internal Server Error

I have had some terrible problems with RWW,OWA,SUS & Monitoring.

When logging into RWW or OWA I was getting HTTP 404 - File not found.Now I
am getting 500 Internal Server Error - The network logon failed. (1790).

Can anyone help?
