    Wes has outlined the normal approach and it should work fine, but as he
    mentioned there may be a charge. You could also create a free DynDNS
    account that is linked to your static IP address. When you run CEICW, you
    can use the DynDNS host name for the certificate. You would then use this
    in a web browser to access OWA or RWW...
    https://yourdyndnsname.dyndns.org/remote for RWW or
    https://yourdyndnsname.dyndns.org/exchange for secure OWA.

    The DynDNS account create an "A" record that points your DynDNS name (not
    your fqdn) to your static IP address. Pretty easy to set up and since you
    have a static IP, you don't need to worry about installing a utility program
    on your server (or a workstation) to notifiy DynDNS when your IP address
    changes. This approach should work fine until you can finalize things with
    your email and web hosters.
