I think I originally imported the wrong cert from the workstation. I've
done it again using the correct workstation cert and have now started
getting the error "Synchronization failed due to an incorrect SSL
certificate common name".

If I disable SSL on the IIS Default Website, and configure the PDA not to
use SSL it syncs first time. I've read a few documents related to this type
of problem on SBS2k and Win2k where Exchange is in the default site and the
default site has SSL enabled. I'll continue to have a play, it must be
something obvious, but any suggestions are welcome :)
