Hi Gary,
If you go to the "Options" in OWA you can change the address book from
global to contacts plus a number of other options. Make sure to click the
"Save and Close" button at the top to save changes. The address book will
still be blank when opened you need to type at least one letter in a field
then click find to bring up a list.
