Not quite sure I follow. If your ISP is hosting your email, they will
create the required MX, A and PTR records. All mail can then be forwarded
through them to your server (mail.companyname.org). To access RWW
externally, you can then type "https://mail.companyname.org/remote" in a web
browser.
