Sounds like you have a dynamic IP address from your ISP. One approach may
be to establish a DDNS (Dynamic DNS) account at a provider like Dyndns.org
or TZO.com and then use this (yourdyndnsname.dyndns.org) to create the
certificate to access RWW and OWA (using CEICW).
