Hello,
I don't have a definitive answer on some of the things that are involved
here however I know from my own expeariance it does not matter (Just
note the 16 gb store size in SBS and as long as you are under this limit
and on a drive with enough room all will be well).
As it is a IFS it does not think it is the C: drive, it just mounts with
it's size referances when viewed in explorer.
I hope that this in a round about way answers your question
