SBS 2003 & MS03-031

Running MBSA shows that patch MS03-031 needs to be applied to my SBS 2003
standard server.

However, which version of the patch do I use? I presume it is the Microsoft
SQL Server 2000 32 bit edition. The accompanying text states that for
Windows Server 2003 the patch should be acquired through Windows Update, yet
Windows Update does not mention this patch. In any case I thought Windows
update did not include fixes for Exchange or SQL Servers.

What version of the MSDE is actually included with SBS 2003 standard ?
