Don't understand.
Internally you should be configuring outlook to uses Exchange as the
Mail Server and provider.
You should only need the POP3 service running if you have external
clients using pop clients, in which case you need to open port 110 in
all firewalls, but I'd recommend you use Outlook Web Access instead.
If your e'Mail is hosted at your ISP as POP3 e'Mail then you don' use
the POP3 Service, but Configure the POP3 Connector to download the POP3
mail and route it to the relevant Exchange Mailbox. This is best
configured by re-running the Connect to the internet wizard, but you can
do it using the POP3 Connector in the Exchange Management Snapin.
P.S. Configure the Newsreader in Outlook Express to connect to the
server and newsgroup below rather than use the Web Interface...
