Hi Thomas,
I've got a client whose SBS 2000 server is a software raid1 of two IDE disks
and it's doing the same thing as you describe (resync after every reboot).
I've disconnected the secondary drive until I can figure out what's going
on. Of course, now I have no fault tolerance. I'd be interested if you
ever find a solution or cause.
