SBS 2003 Standard to Premium

Morning All

I was wondering if anybody has had any experiance upgrading a SBS 2003
Standard setup to Premium using the upgrade that is now available ?
(Part No T75-00140 if your interested)

Does it just add in the missing parts (SQL and ISA) or is it a new
installation/upgrade of the whole SBS.
