You cannot manage DNS with only the SBS server, you will need two static
Internet routable IP addresses and two DNS servers. This is something you
don't do with SBS. Your ISP should handle all DNS for you and when you run
the CEIW you define DNS forwarders that will be the name servers of your
ISP.
