Hi All,

Lately a very strange problem has been happening with My Docs redirection on
one of my client's SBS 2003 network. I have all the PCs and Notebooks (XP)
configured with My Docs redirection, and everything has been working great
until a few weeks ago when one of the mobile users called, reporting that his
My Docs folder was empty. I thought it was an isolated problem with his
notebook, sent him down a spare one, and that was that. Then last week
another mobile user, nothing in his My Docs folder anymore. Same deal,
re-image the notebook, problem fixed. Now today a third user calls - guess
what? My docs empty. This time its worse because the folder on the server
with which his My Docs folder was syncronized is missing all sorts of files
as well. So far the problem has been limited to those three users with
notebooks who are mobile users, the desktops on the LAN have been fine. All
the notebooks are brand new Dells.

Has anyone come across anything like this? I've been searching all over for
similar problems but there's not mucch out there. Any thoughts would be
greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Paul
