OT: Need help accessing DSL router

At some point in my SBS 03 install I am going to need to disable the part of
my DSL router that assigns IP address to my workstations. The router is a
Speed Stream 3681 from Effecient Networks. I believe I can telnet into it
but would appreciate any help anyone has.
