This is not necessary. I haven't used JetAdmin/WebJetAdmin for a million
years.
Use a standard TCP/IP port on the server, and static IPs or DHCP
reservations on the printers. Once you've set up the port, set up the
printers on the server as "local" printers, using the TCP/IP ports you set
up. Share the printers and install them for users in their Windows profile
by any means you choose (script, locally browsing/installing, whatnot).
You can see the web interface to any printer/print server that supports it
by going to http://ipaddressofprinter
