Whilst setting up my SBS 2003 Standard server I somehow lost the settings
for all the web sites in IIS in the process of setting up site
certificates. I managed to get them working so users can access them,
but I cannot access all the settings pages anymore. Basically I would
like to return them to their defaults in case the changes I made in haste
to get things up and running are causing problems. Sharepoint is
cripplingly slow for external users and I wondered if this might have
something to do with it.

If anyone can tell me the default settings for IP Address (ie any
assigned, internal NIC, External NIC), Port and SSL Port, for the
following sites in IIS I would be much obliged - current settings are
below:
                                                                                    IP Port SSL
Port
Default Web Site All Un 80 443
Companyweb 192.168.1.3 80 444
Microsoft SharePoint Administration All Un 6105 446
Sharepoint Central Administration All Un 8081 448

192.168.1.3 is the IP address for the NIC connected to the Internal
network.
192.168.1.2 is the IP address for the NIC connected to the ADSL Modem.
