Jerry,

There is an option to route unresolved recipient to one user.
This is a "feature" that SBS will not handle Bcc or undisclosed recipients,
therefore you have to route all unresolved email to one account.

This feature is kinda nice since it cuts lot's of spam, but I agree that
sometimes it could by a problem.
I only wish we could do routing based on content as well.
