File and Transfer wizard is part of Windows XP under system tools......

My preference on adding as user to the server \\servername\connectcomputer

Their settings may still be there under a different login name and more than
likely for logging into the local computer rather than the domain.

Pre-Connectcomputer though, make sure you have the user setup on the network
and the computer as well. If these were setup already, you may want to
delete them (on the server) and re-create.

Hope this gets ya goin.....no problem on the questions....thats what this
place is for....I still find myself asking questions time to time.... :)
