OK I still don't know what I changed. I know it's not special destination
sets or web publishing rules. I removed them. For those who may stumble
upon this post:
Re run the Internet wizard, even if you think you have already. I swear I
ran it a few times. Always chose enable firewall and not 'do not change my
fw settings'. If you need to use a static IP to connect form outside, use
it as you web cert name. That's all I did this last run through and pow.
It works!!
