Thanks for the reply. The workstation is running XP with SP-2. I disabled the
firewall and I still cannot ping that computer. I also noticed that this
computer is not listed in the DNS forward lookup zones. Two other workstation
that is connected to the network but also get the same error 8003 in the
event monitor is not llisted in the DNS FLZ Host(A). These other two machine,
eventhough they are connect to the network, they cannot receive ping.
