actually, more like probably.
is RAID involved? Do both boxes have a similar type of RAID?
If you do do a move this way you will also probably need to change to a MPS
HAL, but it may actually already be loaded. The single processor HAL can be
expected to run but not use the 2nd processor.
or aybe it will go pear shape, in whic case you fallback to your planned
fallback, don't you?
