Sharron, that link no longer exists. I did read a bit, and I can be more
specific with my question. With SBS, If I choose 'device licenses', suppose
I have a 5 device CAL. Suppose I only have two local computers attached.
Suppose I have 100 users that will authenticate (not anonymous) to my server,
remotely, over the internet. Is each remote user considered a device?? or is
it their connection with PC considered a device. Wtih a 5device CAL, and two
PC's local, will I only be able to authenticate 3 more users remotely?
Another way to ask the question... When using device CALS, what is consuming
a 'device CAL' when a remote user authenticates to my domain via a remote
connection.
