monitoring outbound email

hi,

Is there a way to monitor any/all outbound email by doing a BCC to a
particular user account? The need is for any email sent to external
domain to be BCC to another email acct for monitoring and tracking
purposes, to be applied to designated user accounts, but if this level
of granularity is not possible, then any email sent from any account
being BCC would be acceptable.

A customer has a particular request, probably because he had seen this
in a lowcost SMTP server product (which runs on WinXP). He has
switched to SBS2k3.

TIA,
Eugene Tan
