You have mis-understood.
There is an option to "Clear the log files" - a pop-up asks whether you want
to save the logs first - this is when we get the access denied error.
Our work around is to save the log file, then go back and clear the log file
- same pop-up occurs -but we answer NO to saving the log because we have
already saved it (paragraph one).
Have you encountered this problem?
