Okay, that makes sense, I was more worried about the consiquences of
rebuilding without migrating. So let's say I don't reformat, I have
two problems that I can not get to work. First is the companyweb. As
of now, it is uninstalled, and if I try to install it it gives me the
error: "An error occured while installing Windows SharePoint Services
and creating your intranet site". Should I try to uninstall and
reinstall sharepoint, and then use KB320202 to reinstall IIS and
Exchange?

Second, and it might be related, I keep getting the following in event
log:

MSExchangeMU Event ID 1040. Metabase update failed replication five
times with error 80070003.

Now I'm thinking if I reinstall exchange that might go away, and as of
now, I don't think it's causing any problems. My problems stem from
not being able to get companyweb working. Any thoughts?
