Sorry I forgot to write down :-(
It was to add a New Web Service Extentions
I had it configured already under the Default WebSite in the Home
Directory/Configurations.
So basically those are the only 2 places where I have PHP references and
it's all working great.
oops Sorry the MIME-TYPE also was added in the WebSite as well.
