Robert,
If I were in your situation I would try to remove the networking components
and reapplying them using the add/remove programs with SBS server. on the
second or third page of the wizard you will choose maintenance and then
remove under the networking component.
After you have removed it run through the wizard again and reintall it. This
should put the policies back in place.
