Thanks fellows for the responses. Since one client is using SBS I think the
use of the Share Point suggestion will be the one they will want to do. And
the other client is not, so I'll use the PDF for them. And I'll have fun
doing both.

It wasn't pretty, but I got the job done. I exported the contact lists from each Outlook to an Excel spread***. After checking the data for duplicates I exported the spread*** to a comma diliminated file. Be aware that if you do this you cannot have any commas in the data. (I found this out the hard way!) Then I had to delete all the contact data in my Outlook and have people delete some or all of their contact data as well. Then I imported the comma diliminated text file back to my Outlook. In the mean time I started the Share Point Company Intranet. On the contact list you can Import Contacts. Then I linked the Intranet Contact List to everyone's Outlook through the Intranet and set alerts for all the changes. Now each Outlook user has a personal contact list and the shared contact list maintained on the intranet. All seen through Outlook. We also use the "Vacation Calendar" on the Intranet as a common place to set appointments. I hope this helps.
