By default, your "from name" is your display name plus your email address,
unless some mail system has stripped out the display name. Hitting reply
goes to the email address. I don't know what your Lotus recipient is doing
or using, but I suspect the problem or issue is on their end, not yours.
Do you have problems like this with other recipients? If you send a single
message to this user & to another Internet recipient what happens when you
reply from the other Internet account?
Perhaps this recipient needs to talk to his/her admin.
