RE: Clients cannot connect to the Internet

I can't paste the alert window, but in the Wizard I get an alert which states:
"To ensure the proper configuration of ISA Server, existing custom packet
filters will be disabled. For information on how to re-enable existing
packet filters, see Small Business Server help.
I tried to search for packet filters, but could not find the exact wording
that appears in the detail panel in ISA manager, so wasn't sure where to go.
