I have been using ibackup www.ibackup.com it seems to work well. They also
have a utility that will backup the exchange store. The utility is a simple
affair that uses the built in windows backup utility to create a file from
the exchange store then it uses the ibackup service to backup this file.
It $14.95 for 10GB you decide if this is worth it. I don't have time to
manage the system so knowing that it backups nightly with no intervention on
my part is worth it to me.
