Transfer of licenses

We have about 30 licenses for our Windows small business
server 2003 and have installed them on a server. But now
we r going to install a new server and need to transfer
about 10 of this licenses to our new server. and we don't
like to stop the old server or reinstall it.

the question is that is this possible or not? and if yes,
how?
