What is the realistic max company size for SBS?

I realize that SBS2k3 Premium has a user limit of 75 but what is the
realistic size for a client company that I will be supporting? Assume that
the hardware is not the limiting factor (dual xeon, raid-5 360+GB, max
memory, gigabit network, full T1 or better internet speed).

I would appreciate hearing what size companies some of you are supporting
and how you have worked around some issues related to the limits of SBS.
