Hi Kevin,

I think your server might be infected with a virus or worm. It should have
been at SP4 a year ago already.
Disconnect from the internet, open Taskmanager and look for weird services.
The netstat.exe should certainly not be running and might be a virus
infected file.
Before installing SP4, make sure all 3rd party services are stopped and
don't connect to the internet before you have at least ms04-011 and ms04-012
installed on it.
