exchange sync

Could someone please help when my pcc dell axim x3 or svpm1000 are connected
to the network via direct dialup or cradle the unit will not sync to
exchange server (desktop ok) I get 2 errors you don't have exchange
permissions or is I turn ssl on your proxy server is not supported I have
spent ages messing with this and am getting a little frustrated now, any
help much appreciated
