SBS 2003 Standard
P4-3ghz @ 800Mhz | 2GB Ram
Pagefile: 887mb

Started recieving the following error: "The processor is experiencing a low
level of idle time"

As far as I can tell the offending process is svchost.exe / pId 1112 - using
50%+ of the CPU

svchost description:
"BITS, Browser, CryptSvc, dmserver, EventSystem, helpsvc, lanmanserver,
lanmanworkstation, Messenger, Netman, Nla, RasMan, RemoteAccess, Shedule,
seclogon, SENS, ShellHWDetection, winmgmt, wuauserv"

This appears to have started happening on saturday morning, however nobody
has touched the server; [namely because I am the only one who has the
password] and the server configuration has not changed for several weeks.

Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated
